Olivia turns 3!

Our sweet little girl turned 3 on November 2nd. She celebrated at school on Friday, Nov. 1st and then that afternoon we drove to the cabin for a short trip. We had a nice birthday lunch out on Saturday followed by a cookie cake & a few presents back at the cabin. The following weekend, Nov. 8, we had a ballerina birthday party at our house with a few of Olivia's friends.
As Olivia turns 3 she loves to keep up with her brother (and is often braver than he is!) She enjoys her gymnastics and ballet classes and playing with her dolls. I lay down with her every night and read & sing to her. She tells me "mommy, can you sing to me? It makes me happy" and that just melts my heart! Although she loves her daddy, she's still definitely a mommy's girl, I can't go many places without her! She is such a blessing to us!

Opening presents at the cabin. Cameron is being sweet because he wants to help open her presents, lol!

A new puzzle

Yummy cookie cake

Decorations for the ballerina party :)

The stare-down on the cake, lol. You can see Cameron in his Captain America costume. He said that since all the girls would be in their ballerina costumes he wanted to dress up too! :)

I had a ballerina come to the party to do a little dance for the girls & do some dancing with them. Olivia wasn't much interested in dancing with her but some of the other little girls did.

Dancing with her daddy :)
Yummy lunch of mini sandwiches, fruit, cheese and crackers and of course pink lemonade
Cake time! I loved her ballerina cake
Make a wish!
