Olivia's Minnie Mouse Party

We had a Minnie Mouse themed party for Olivia's 2nd birthday which we celebrated with about 40 of our friends and family. I rented a bounce house, which was a huge hit and I just got lucky to find one that had Minnie on it. My sister Becky flew in from out of town to help with the party (always my party decorator :) and to help celebrate. My sister Heather & her family also came to town....its always so nice to have us all together. Olivia wore the Minnie dress she wore for Halloween & looked so adorable jumping in the bounce house with her little skirt. I think she had a great time & the party was a hit!

On November 2nd, our little Olivia turned 2! We celebrated her birthday with a small dinner, cake & presents. She was going to have a big Minnie Mouse party with family and friends in another week. It was so cute to see her excitement with the cake & presents. Happy Birthday sweet baby girl!!

Halloween 2012

Here are some photos from Halloween. Cameron was a dragon again (same as last year) and Olivia was Minnie Mouse. Cameron's school had a Trunk or Treat a few days before Halloween so we were able to go to that and enjoy trick or treating around our neighborhood on Halloween night. The Trunk or Treat was really set up nice with trick or treating, a bounce house (which we didn't go in since it was super crowded), a small hayride & roasting smores. His school also had their annual Halloween parade & sing and I enjoyed watching that along with my grandmother who was able to attend.

October trip to cabin

At the end of October we took a trip to the cabin with Charles' mother Ollie, brother Robert & Robert's fiance Sue and Roberts two daughters Sage and Ruby Logan. This was the first time we were able to see the leaves in full color at the cabin and it sure was beautiful! Wow! I wanted to take so many photos of the colors :) We took advantage of all the festivals going on in town & went to the Georgia State Fair and the Ellijay Apple Festival. We had great weather for both & really enjoyed them. Everyone worked together to build an outdoor natural playground and a dry creek bed. We had an early celebration of Ollie's 70th birthday with a yummy meal & cake, presents and special guests of Ollie's sister Loraine & husband Bruce who were traveling thru on a road trip. (I failed on taking pictures of Ollie's party, guess I was caught up in the excitement & busy making the cake.) We also had a nice dinner with some friends of ours, the Ziebarts, who were on vacation in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Whew! After writing this I realized we had a very busy, but very productive and FUN weekend! What a nice time with family and celebrating Ollie :)
