A Day at the Lake
Last Saturday we spent a nice day at our friends lake house for a going away party for our friends, Kelli, Charlie and Weston Hofer. It was a gorgeous day and we all had a great time. We bought a baby swim float for Cameron a few months ago and were finally able to use it. He loved being in it! I'm looking forward to having him in the pool all summer!

Six Month Photos
Back in March, our photographer, Terri Byrd, came out to take photos of Cameron at six months old. We had a fun time with the photos, doing just about anything we could to keep Cameron smiling. But we ended up with some GREAT photos and hope to get 2 of the family photos blown up to put in Charles' 2 offices. You can view a few of the photos at Terri's blog www.terribyrdphotographer.com/blog/ (you'll have to scroll down to find us.) FYI, the photo that we are blowing up is the second photo of us on her blog.

Dada Dada All Day Long
I hope you enjoy these 2 short videos of Cameron. Just last week he started chatting more and loves to say dadada. I called Charles at work one day and said "I hope you're coming home soon because Cameron's been asking for you all morning!" Charles and I heard him say mama maybe once or twice but it must have been a fluke because he hadn't really said it again.

Weston's 1st Birthday
If you have been keeping up with our blog, then I'm sure you've heard me mention about my friend Kelli and her son Weston. Cameron and I have had so much fun with Kelli and Weston with almost daily playdates. Weston turned 1 back on March 9 and Kelli had a farm themed birthday party for him at a local park. The weather was great and everyone had a really nice time.
On a sad note, Kelli will be moving to Nashville, TN at the end of this month. I'm really going to miss her but I am looking forward to taking a few trips there to visit her.

Utah Ski Trip
Here are some photos from the ski trip that we took back in February to Park City, Utah. Charles has a good friend, Spencer, who lives there and is nice enough to let us stay with him (and give up his bedroom to us.) My sister, Becky, went with us to ski and help me with Cameron. I can't wait until Cameron is old enough to ski; he'll be so cute! We had a great time as always. Thanks Spencer!!!

New Photos, Finally!!
Sorry that it has taken me so long to post new photos. Cameron turned six months on March 2nd. (Where has the time gone?????) He weighs a little over 16 pounds and is 26 inches long. Since a few weeks ago Cameron has been sleeping through the night which has been really nice for me. He's been really good about sticking to a schedule with his daily naps and feedings which makes it so much easier. We have our photographer, Terri Byrd, coming on Saturday for his six month photos which I am really excited about. Here's some of the new things Cameron has been up too.....

Cameron isn't crawling yet but he certainly makes his way around the living room, just by rolling over across the room. He's so fast with rolling over across the room that I can't imagine keeping up with him when he is crawling!

He is almost sitting up by himself. He can sit up propped up against something but still has some trouble sitting on his own.

Last weekend Charles set up Cameron's swing and we have been using it everyday. He really enjoys it!
Here's Cameron sitting in his highchair that we just put together. He is such a good eater, he has eaten all the baby food that I've given him including bananas, green beans, sweet potatoes, applesauce and most recently chicken. (I am proud to say that Charles and I have made the bananas, green beans and sweet potatoes for him at home.)
